Top 10 Games this Christmas

Ah Christmas that wonderful time of year where we celebrate some guy that got nailed to a big peice of wood and died for our sins, Oh wait no one cares about that It's all about the presents! Which is why I'm counting down the big ten of this festive year. In My own paticular order. Don't agree? It's why we have forums.

10: Mass Effect 2

I know you're thinking, "but Tim! That's not out till Janruary", Yeah that doesn't stop pre-orders. Bioware the masters of their genre promise to deliver another amazing expirence to us through the eyes of commander sheperd while you run his brain and choose dialouge for hours on end.

9. Bioshock 2

I know, I know it's not out till Feb, but again pre-orders abound it's a hot item. I don't see why not because it's looking good. I'm prepared to return to rapture and fight as a big daddy and so is everyone else.

8. Wii sports resort

Ah , causal gaming the threat looming over the industry. With 50 millions Wii's out there and the "free" new motion senser attachment Wii fans are going to eat this up.

7. Team fortess 2, Left 4 Dead 2.

Yeah I know it's 2 games, but with TF2 getting a new update and Left 4 Dead 2 winning Xbox game of the year it looks like Valve won't be having a sad christmas at all.

6. Super Mario Bro's Wii

Nintendo's juggernuat that is the Wii shows no hopes of slowing down and people fucking love Mario games and this is the just the ticket for hardcores and casuals alike.

5. Assassins Creed 2

While not a fan of the first, Assassins creed 2 does deliver on the promises of "Fixing all the terrible garbage of the first game" Which is always good when a dev does what they say and make and amazing game.

4. Halo 3: ODST

Let's face it, kids love the hell out of Halo and the 60$ tag wasn't doing it for people, so with price drops abound and deals galore I expect everyone to snag this title for their Halo fix.

3. Batman: Arkham Asylum

Ah Arkham how we love thee. My personal favorite and very much GOTY material is a powerhouse of just a good goddamn game. Even people who don't like Batman can love this and with the announcment of Arkham 2 or whatever they'll call it, this is going to be a big seller.

2. Uncharted 2

What is being regarded to as "The only game worth money on the PS3" Uncharted is an amazing game and it will sell consoles and move game boxes. This Game of the year winner truly deserved it's title. I'd go into to more detail, but alas I own no PS3.

1. Modern Warfare 2

Was this even necesarry? We all knew who it would be. Modern Warfare 2 the top selling game in the history of forever is this years hottest title? NO WAY! With sales in the 10 million mark this game isn't slowing down and with the announced DLC Activision has creaed a literal money printer.
